Warehouse Rules

All charges are due, in advance, each month. A service charge is applied on all past due balances. Storage charges are NOT pro-rated.

For Access, Pickup or Delivery:
Two working days prior notice must be given. Not available on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, except for the last Saturday of each month. Access is available on paid accounts only, one free access per month. Additional access & "NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS" will be accessed fee of $5.00 per box. This charge is subject to change.

You must call 1/2 hour before coming to the warehouse for storage access.

Removing Goods From Storage
All charges must be paid in full at our office in cash by 12 noon the day before pickup or delivery.

Accounts more than 21 days past due will be accessed at 1.6% service charge (minimum charge $1.00)

Accounts more than 3 months past due are subject to sale at PUBLIC AUCTION for the total balance due.

NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE RULES. Please do not ask.
